i have been noticing for some time -- on gfv2-ur2 it also seems to take the
console web pages
a long time to do their thing; i have not beed successful at determining
what is the cause;
no cpu load; 4gig ram; 64bit java -- 32bit is not slower or faster; no disk
activity lights on;
even tried invoking with java args to disable ipv6 -- thinking some kind of
dns lookup might be slowing
things down.
but no luck so far.
