The first few log messages (e.g. "Shutting down all J2EE applications" anf "SJSMQ JMSRA stopping..") show that you are shutting down Glassfish when this happens.

This seems to be an occurrence of
https://glassfish.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=10392.

The errors are caused by Glassfish components being shut down in the wrong order, and should be harmless.
