thanks. i attached the log file. you can look at it. i dont know what is wrong because when i start the server i get the command console statements that localhost:4848 is ready for admin and all thes things that say all is ready , and then i cant connect. i use tomcat extensively and never have problems and also tried apache geronimo and i was up and running in about 4 minutes no problem.
