The report says: Windows Vista, is this the OS you are using ? Do you have
platform to try this on ?
Do you pick it up from here:
http://download.java.net/glassfish/v3/promoted/
Are you running the web distribution or glassfish (full) distribution ?
Through the installer ?
Is this a fresh install or upgrade ?
