Hi Brij
The alerts/notifications tool (called Performance Advisor ) and a few
other performance (Performance Tuner) and diagnostic tools (Performance
Monitor) under the GlassFish Enterprise Manager, are made available to
our paying support customers.
If you would like to purchase support, please go through the link I sent
in my previous email and send a note to me (shreedhar_ganapathy at dev
dot java dot net) or John Clingan (john dot clingan at sun dot com)
directly - we can put you through to our sales folks.
