The attached log file contains messages relevant to outbound, (i.e sending message to a q), it does not have info for the inbound (MDB)..
Are you still using 2 instances of the resource adapter, one for sending and one for receiving.. , only one would suffice.

This is for the outbound connection that was used to send the message , it has nothing to do with the MDB.
Have you tried to deploy just a simple MDB as per the instructions in the WSMQ integration guide in the genericjmsra web-site...
