if your ra-config is the same then you dont need another instance of the resource adapter,,
also if the "sowu_queue_in_mb1p" and "sowu_connection_factory_mn1p" is created correctly in the JNDI bindings file then there should be a consumer for the queue in WSMQ, did you get achance to check that after deployment
