I have been using jConnect 5.5 with Sun One Application Server Platform Edition 8.2. I tried to upgrade to jConnect 6.0.5 and got an exception when I tried to ping the Database because of a ClassCastException for the new Sybase Driver. Presumably it is not of type javax.sql.DataSource. I could not find any information here or on Sybase's website for compatibility for this JDBC driver. Does anyone have any insight into this issue?
