FWIW, asenv configuration file cleanup was done on 9/25 so most of the
entries are now gone... AS_ACC_CONFIG is not used in v3 anymore, but
AS_DEF_DOMAINS_PATH is still there and if it is set to alternative
directory location, it should be honored by asadmin commands as soon as
9779 gets fixed...
