SSL install broke the appserver, done my a newbie to glassfish

ok, just joined, 1st post, and a real noob to gf. We are running GFv2 on ubuntu-server with pretty much all the default options. Well I need a true SSL cert, so followed this post http://blogs.sun.com/enterprisetechtips/entry/using_ssl_with_glassfish_v2

I got the cert, ran into an issue with a root cert not installed which rapidssl worked with me and got no problem. I then installed my cert (looking at the above URL) I didn't realize why they used slas as the alias, but I made my own alias, imported (said all good), then tried to hit the https site. No good, so hit the admin, looked around and under (now I am guessing as it's down now), but under http/ssl I saw the one alias slas, I changed to mine, then from cli restarted. And now I am left with;

domain domain1 failed to startup. Please check the server log for more details.
CLI156 Could not start the domain domain1.

The log file shows this which stood out rather clear;
Caused by: LifecycleException: PWC3985: Protocol handler initialization failed: java.io.IOException: PWC5330: Alias name wfgfcert does not identify a key entry

wfgfcert is the alias I made and changed in the admin site to. So my question is what is my next step? I deleted the key, and tried to restart with the same error, so please help with how to fix that above and get https running.

Thanks, looking forward to learning a lot more on the fourms! If I need to provide more info, just let me know what (any maybe how to get it) and I will.
