Well one example is Apache commons httpclient which will behave correctly if the server somehow informs the client what kind of strategy is used. From Glassfish it gets nothing.
Am I missing something here?
On the side note... at least the field explanation might give a better hint of what the value actually means. Also the input check doesn't accept -1, which seems to be correct value if it's set in the domain.xml.
