First error message indicates that the connection is already destroyed and application is trying to use such a connection.
Second error message indicates that there is no pool by name "heprodPool".
Could you post your domain.xml for these connection pools, resources and complete server.log (with module-log-levels for "connector", "resource-adapter" set to FINEST ?
