i found a reason and short cut way to cut this thing out:

1.the reason:-
in my machine localhost is not 127.0.0.1 so netbeans is not accessing the 127.0.0.1 on which host the server is running.

2.solution:
i added two server i) for starting the server
ii)to access the sever by host 127.0.0.1 which was defined and registered as "remote domain".

if there is any better option please reply here......can not i change in some settings in somewhere in server so that it will run on localhost??
