One Thing I wanna ask...
I want to use pure Hibernate Query not the Native query at all and I have got an Entity Class on which I want to use a query. Moreover I want not to be dependent on DBMS functions like MONTH or YEAR or CAST. Are These function Hibernate related or lower level(DB functions which wont work if I switch the database to sybase or orace from mysql e.g.)
