I did a quick post at TheAquarium on GlassFish-based books. Check out
[1] and let me know if there are any clear omissions.

Some of the books are centered on GF, some use NB (and GF in their
examples), some rely on GF quite substantially but not are more neutral.

I'm interested in all of the above. Beyond that there are many more
books that mention somewhere GlassFish; I am not as interested in those.
