I'm creating a servlet that connects to a 3rd party using HTTPs.

I'm getting an SSL handshake error because I need to install the trusted root CA of the 3rd party. Should I install the root CA on the default JDK cacerts or should I install it under /path to glasfish/domain/mydonain/..../cacerts?
