Hi, I recently discovered that the only updated source for JSTL is currently GlassFish. In order to have JSTL I had to download GlassFish and build it, after which I my appserv-jstl.jar file.
I'm writing an open source project and I'd need to make available the JSTL library through my Maven repository (since Ibiblio has got only version 1.1.2).
My question is: is this allowed?
