it looks like you are on Windows Vista... right?
You are being asked to decide where you want the domain that will be created by completing this wizard to be placed.
Why are you being asked to provide this info: because the server is installed in C:\Program Files, which Vista is VERY protective of... To be able to start and stop the server or deploy applications, you need to be able to write into the domain...
You cannot write into C:\Program Files (or its children), by default, under Vista.
You may want to enter something like: C:\Users\<your-user-name>\PersonalV2Domain
