A couple of quick questions ....
1) what mode are you running MQ in (embedded, local, remote)
2) Are you using the file based install ?
3) On the times that you are seeing the issue, is anything in the broker logs ?
On the file based those would be in:
<as home>/imq/var/instances/<broker name>/logs/log.txt
You should look between:
* the time the broker started
* the point that says something like "jms service Ready"
If you do see something or want someone to look at it, forward the logs to the openMQ user alias:
users_at_mq.dev.java.net
(note: you do [b]not[/b] have to join the alias to send mail to it)
