We are using GF V3 prelude.
cookie value is truncated if we set cookie value with "=".
For instance, we set the value to abc=xyz. And in the next request cycle,
we get the cookie value, and got abc (instead of abc=xyz)
We do not see this problem in previous releases of GF.
