1/ when you installed v3 via the installer, did you select a user name
and password for admin config?
2/ if yes, can you unselect the checkbox "Use Anonymous Connection for
Admin Commands" and make sure you enter the correct username and
password in the 2 fields (that should be enabled).
See attached image.
If you did not enter a username password during install time, that would
be a bug, but we need to know the exact configuration you have.
