I think I solved this issue when I installed the patches for version 2.0.2 of WTP.
(download at http://tinyurl.com/5q58mp) If you have a problem getting it going or installing the patches look at my blog post at http://tinyurl.com/6fmkza . I am referring to Jetty but the solution should work for GlassFish just fine.
