I understand the question. Answering it requires more information from you.
Can you please either attach your example application (the .war file) if it is not too large or tell us how you made the Seam classes available to your app?
The answer to your question might be different depending on whether you packaged the Seam classes inside your application and how you did that, or whether you made the Seam classes available to GlassFish in some other way.
