Version 1.0.8 of the GlassFish plugin for eclipse was published
today and contains support for domaindir. Here is a link to the release

As with previous versions, you can download it from within Eclipse using
the Download additional server adapters link on the New Server Wizard.
Please note that you must have version 3.4 of Eclipse for the plugin to
work properly.
