Loadbalancer: Auto-apply + rewrite-location

Hello there,

With the new auto-apply functionality allowing the DAS to update the loadbalancer.xml config on the webserver automatically, it seems that one thing has been forgotten: the <rewrite-location> setting.

According to the docs, its not possible to set this flag to false using asadmin set or any other process. Instead, one must manually edit the loadbalancer.xml configuration file after export-http-lb-config has been called. See http://docs.sun.com/app/docs/doc/819-3679/abdgs?l=en&q=sun+java+system+application+server+9.1&a=view

This obviously means that if you're using the new (very cool) feature allowing the DAS to upgrade the Webserver's config, its not possible to set this flag <rewrite-location> to false.

Does anybody know of any workarounds... Or is this a bug?
