As far as I get this, the exception is being thrown while downloading files
in an application started via Java WebStart? How does your environment look
like - are you directly accessing Glassfish, or is there some proxy
involved? What kind of client operating system are you using? Client and
server on the same host?

Generally, as this exception is kind of a favorite of mine, you might find
reading through the messages posted in this thread...
