Loadbalancer crash with Sun Web Server 7

I've got a Sun Web Server 7 instance running SJSAS 9.1's lbplugin module.
The webserver fronts two SJSAS 9.1U2 node agents, which are both enabled.

It all works fine until I change loadbalancer.xml to disable only one application that was previously enabled.

When I then hit the URL of the webapp that's just been disabled, lbplugin crashes Sun Web Server 7:

 [14/Aug/2008:13:56:09] catastrophe (13353): CORE3260: Server crash detected (signal SIGSEGV)
[14/Aug/2008:13:56:09] info (13353): CORE3261: Crash occurred in NSAPI SAF service-passthrough
[14/Aug/2008:13:56:09] info (13353): CORE3262: Crash occurred in function char*FailoverGroup::getNa
me() from module /opt/webserver7/plugins/lbplugin/bin/libpassthrough.so

Note that if I try the URL of any other webapp that's still enabled, it works fine. It's only when I hit the disabled app's URL that it all crashes.

Any ideas? This looks like a bug. I'm using the loadbalancer provided by SJSAS 9.1 Update 2 for Solaris SPARC.
