I have verified that the JDBC jar version is for 10.2.0.4 and that is the version copied to the {GlassFish}/lib directory.

So I tried your suggestion and I still receive the SystemException.

I only have the ojdbc14.jar, I'm wondering if I'm missing a jar dependency at this point?
