I downloaded and installed JDK 6 Update 6 with Java EE found here:

http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/?intcmp=1281

I then ran the command: java -version and now it shows this:

C:\>java -version
java version "1.6.0_06"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_06-b02)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 10.0-b22, mixed mode)
C:\>

Is this what you have on your system?
