Access a Web application by typing the IP address

Hi all,

I deployed a web application on GlassFish application server which comes
with netbeans (OS-Windows 2003 server). The server machine has a static IP
address and when I access it from the Fire Fox browser locally, it works,
but when I type the IP address from a different machine and try to access, I
get a time out, Could you please help me to solve this problem. I am very
new to GF server. I tried accessing the admin console with the IP from a
different machine, it works perfectly.
