I agree, this is serious. But do you believe that you have changed the configuration somehow? If you are unsure, can you kindly attach the domain.xml and we can help diagnose? From what you write, it appears to me that you have started the server in debug mode from within the IDE?
Another quick check would be to do:
- glassfish-install-dir/bin/asadmin start-domain [b] --debug [/b]
