I am currently researching moving our apps to GlassFish. I would like to create a separation of duties for certain admin tasks. Is there any kind of Role-based access control for the Admin Console. Ideally I would like one user role to just set up the database passwords (create the password aliases) but not deploy apps. Another user role would be able to deploy applications but not create/change password aliases, and another user role to be able to monitor, view logging and optionally start/stop apps without the ability to deploy, change database passwords, etc.
What options are there in GlassFish for this?
