A similar problem was reported another forum thread. I am not sure if this is a duplicate. Still, can you please file an issue on https://migrate2glassfish.dev.java.net/servlets/ProjectIssues with an ear file containing weblogic descriptors ? I am starting to look at this now.

As a work around ( if you want to do these manually ), then one way is to look at the Application Deployment Guide http://docs.sun.com/app/docs/doc/819-3673 which describes all the GlassFish/SJSAS specific deployment descriptors and map them manually.
