I'm having the exact same difficulties as whartung and jooper on SJSASv9.1_02 (build b04-fcs) (and earlier versions).
I've tried the workaround in issue 1429, but with no luck so far.

Have anyone here been able to publish a JMS to a queue/topic on GF from a JavaSE-app without these problems?
