Can anyone explain why or confirm that GF/JDK1.6 should have memory usage that varies so much? We see memory usage by the VM go from 400M-1.4G constantly...not sure why the memory would be so variable, even with low activity...One theory is the monitor's...we have several GF monitors on to measure activity...
I know it's an odd question, as memory usage is more of an app thing, but I am a bit confused by the graph...attached...
