Hi,

i run into TimeoutException using auto generated entity-ids (GenerationType.AUTO), because my transaction runs to long.

In http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Java_Persistence/Identity_and_Sequencing#Concurrency_and_Deadlocks
("Concurrency and Deadlocks") i read, that i have to use a "non-JTA data-source" for the autogenerated SEQUENCE table.

How can i tell toplink to use non-JTA context for managing this SEQUENCE table ?
