Glassfish can log to a "standard" Apache access log file if you simply
turn on the configuration.

In the GUI, go to Configuration, HTTP Service, Access Logs and
configure things to your heart's content. The logs by default go into
the directory INSTALL_DIR/domains/DOMAIN_NAME/logs/access.
