Ok,

I have built a one-off ServerAuthModule based on the SPENGO sample that has been published for GlassFish at http://spnego.ocean.net.au/index.html.

At run time when I try to get my code to run I get a NoClassDefFound error for ServerAuthModule.

Is there any documentation on how to setup a JSR 196 HttpServlet mode provider on Glassfish?
