Still digging away trying to find out what's going on...
Noticed the following message in the [b]jbi-components-configurator.log[/b]
can't open C:\Sun\SDK\jdk\lib\tzmappings.
That would be because it's in the JRE directory.
(It's in C:\Sun\SDK\jdk\jre\lib\tzmappings)
