I suggest backing up and removing the following based on the info provided by you.

C:\Sun\SDK\addons\accessmanager
C:\Sun\SDK\addons\Access_Mgr_7.1p1_patch_SLA&Entitlement(20071205).txt
C:\Sun\SDK\addons\am_installer.jar
C:\Sun\SDK\addons\Export_ECCN_LE-Sun_Java_System_Access_Manager_7.1_p1.eml
C:\Sun\SDK\addons\accessmanager\.keypass
C:\Sun\SDK\addons\accessmanager\.storepass
C:\Sun\SDK\addons\accessmanager\am-install.properties
C:\Sun\SDK\addons\accessmanager\amclientkeystore.jks
C:\Sun\SDK\addons\accessmanager\amclientsdk.jar
C:\Sun\SDK\addons\accessmanager\AMConfig.properties
C:\Sun\SDK\addons\accessmanager\amserver.war
C:\Sun\SDK\addons\accessmanager\amWebServicesProvider.jar
C:\Sun\SDK\addons\accessmanager\as9.0_serverpolicy
C:\Sun\SDK\addons\accessmanager\postconfig.jsp

Do you see any files under <INSTALL_ROOT>/lib/addons, where INSTALL_ROOT is the location where you installed the application server. If you see any content here related to access manager, pl. back up and delete.
