Sorry for the delay. Master password change has nothing to do with this problem. It solely relates to the admin password.
What's mostly happening is the password is taken from ~/.asadminpass file and there lies in the
old password. If you temporarily rename that file and then attempt to start the domain using
asadmin start-domain command. This will prompt you for the new password and if you enter it
correctly, domain will start.
Once the domain has started, you can do [b] asadmin login [/b] to recreate the entry in ~/.asadminpass.
Then onwards, you won't be prompted for the password.
I wanted to implement it such that when you do [b] asadmin change-admin-password [/b], the
~/.asadminpass entry will be changed too, but that were not to happen ...
