I have started a GlassFish Migration Guide

The purpose of the migration guide is to assist in migration of
applications to GlassFish. The migration guide is intended
to be community driven. So anyone can contribute to the guide.
To get the guide started, I have seeded it with migration issues and
their solutions. These are derived from my experience with migrating
sample applications from other application servers to GlassFish.
To contribute, login using a GFWiki login id
and add/modify content.
