I don't know if Vineet's problem is solved, but I am experiencing the same issue. And, yes I have tried the recommendation you reference in your link (Troubleshooting_cluster_startup).
I also noticed that in my /opt/rweb/engines/glassfish/nodeagents/g1-a1/g1-i1/imq directory, there are no files. Is this normal?
