I found my answer. I just used the Java Service Wrapper
(http://wrapper.tanukisoftware.org/doc/english/introduction.html). Worked
fine.

Subject: Running Glass Fish as a Microsoft Server 2005 Service

I need to run Glass Fish V2 on a server running MS Server 2005. I can
start it via asadmin.bat on the command line but that only works as long as
I am logged in (and not even that long.). How does one run GF as a MS
Server service?
