even if my JAVA_HOME was referencing the sun- jdk, cannot understand why the gnu-java is taken from my PATH instead of the one set in JAVA_HOME.
To get the correct java, I've put the my sun jdk path before of /usr/bin, and now I'm getting the correct window.
