Can you make your war file available or come with a test case that
demonstrate your problem? Like I said, 99% of the time a 503 means
deployment has failed (in rare case, asadmin/admin-gui might tell you
deployment succeeded, but WebContainer was not being able to propagate
the exception in real, deployment failed).
