Hello Nagaraj,
you can configure the format of the log messages in the Glassfish Admin Console under "Configuration" -> "HTTP Service", then go the "Acces Log" tab. In the "Format" field you can enter the fields you want to see in the log. If you click on Help on that page you will see which fields are available.
