Also have many problem with virtual server (+deployment).
This section should indeed be reconsidered or more testet with serveral domain/apps.

Be careful - redeploying of app does currently not work correctly in V2.
The GUI deployes app to all available virtual server, also if you specify one special during deployment.
This causes also multiple execution of servlet init method!
(i filed an issue against this some days ago)
