Could you please raise an issue. If you want to know to the reason, why
it fails? GlassFish doesn't allow any user driven transactional
activity till the appserver recovery at the startup is completed and by
virtue of calling XATerminator.recover(), it interferes with the
appserver recovery process and leading to a hang.
There was supposed to be a connector spec clarification with a
recommendation for not doing transactional activity in the start method.
We will look into the issue.
