I finally found what was the problem.

My laptop's name (hostname) has an "e" with an acute accent (é).

Glassfish just crashes during startup (NullPointer exception).

I changed my laptop's name to get rid of the "é", starts NetBeans 6 as administrator, and the server finally started.

I now see the admin console (that JBoss lacks....)
